Motor Homes: $500

Campers/Pop Ups: $250

 

Deposits due at time of reservation and are fully refundable when the rental unit is returned in to us original rental condition.

 

If your interested in selling, consigning retning your camper call us ASAP.

Policies & Information

The Basics:  Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.  Deposits must be made over the phone or in person.  Once a customer places a deposit on a particular rental for a set period of time they are bound to that reservation.

Please allow time to meet in person prior to your rental to discuss the contract, term & conditions, and also to demonstrate how the RV/ Trailer/ Pop Up works. Walkthroughs, demonstration, and paperwork averages 45 minutes to an hour.  All units are different and each customer is required to perform a walkthrough/ demonstration.

To Tow, or Not to Tow?
Consider the purchase and installation costs of a new hitch on your vehicle as opposed to having us deliver and setting up for you.

Typical Delivery Rates costs $99.95 Round-Trip

   If you decide to tow please click here to download an Insurance Fax Cover Sheet.  You must have this information on file before your rental departure.  To make it easy, forward it to your auto insurance agent who can then forward it back to us with required information.   Simply just click on the W to download to your comp.

Towing Rules (top)

  1. No step bumpers. If the back of your truck looks like this:  NO STEP BUMPER TOWING you will have to install a hitch or find a different vehicle to tow.  If you have a factory or after-market hitch that looks like: Correct Hitch your OKAY!

  2. NEXT-> All Plugs must be checked prior to departure.  If they worked the last time you towed, RECHECK.  If you towed last week, RECHECK THE WIRING PLUGS!!!.  WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.  PLEASE CHECK VEHICLE WIRING, FUSES, ETC BEFORE YOU COME TO PICK UP THE CAMPER.  We will be more than happy to test your vehicle's wiring connections any day PRIOR to the day of your rental departure.  AutoZone and other auto parts stores can usually check free of charge.

  3. We assume your vehicle is properly wired for towing.  If under any reason we are required to check, fix, adjust, or in any other way service your vehicle to ensure proper and safe wiring, we reserve the right to either; A) Help fix the problem at our normal labor rate plus any parts and materials required or B) Schedule delivery to the campground or destination you plan to attend or C)Reserve the right to hold or cancel the rental until the issue is resolved.

  4. Trailers use 7way round plugs; if your vehicle's wiring plug looks like: , then you will be required to rent or purchase a 7 to 4 way plug adapter that looks like: .

  5. Trailers over 3,000lbs require brake control.  No exceptions.  We sell and install brake controls.  Price and installation costs vary depending on brake control model and type of vehicle that they are installed on.  Average package price = $250

  6. American Adventure RV Rentals, LLC is not responsible for damage to you or your vehicle.

  7. American Adventure RV Rentals, LLC is not responsible or liable for flat tires or any tire repair or replacement expense that may result in a flat tire.

  8. Most importantly, we are not responsible for renter negligence.
