We will check the rates & availability for you and give you a free cost estimate. Reservation deposits are $500 and will be applied to the invoice balance. If rental price is less than $500 customers are required to pay in full at the time of reservation.

Customers that are towing our rental vehicles are required to show proof of "extension of liability" coverage on their tow vehicle. In a nutshell this means that when connected to our rentals, your vehicle's liability coverage extends back to cover the camper while in transit. This is step is required for all towable rentals.

*Important: NH State Law requires ANY tow vehicle to have a Brake Control device installed when towing a trailer over 3,000lbs.

We offer 4 easy affordable solutions to this issue. Please call our service shop at 603-929-0464 for more information. We sell and install Hitch Receivers, Draw Bars & Ball Mounts, Brake Controllers, as well as 4 and 7way plugs.

**If you're vehicle is not properly wired when you arrive we reserve the right to: 1) delay the rental until vehicle wiring is working 100%
2) create a service department work order and repair the problem @ $70/hr.
3) Offer to deliver the unit ourselves to your destination. Delivery Rates apply.
4) refer you to a local mechanic.

Since 2006 we have been offering FREE wiring & towing setup inspection. Rental customers who book a rental when they order a hitch receive 15% Off the price of their Hitch Receiver.

All of our towable units, including Travel Trailers AND Pop Up Campers use a 7way wiring plug. Your vehicles female plug should look like:

Reservation Deposits are $500 and will be applied to the rental balance. Security or "Damage" Deposits are $500 for Travel Trailers & Pop Ups and $1000 for Motor Homes regardless of towing history, experience, age, etc.

When the renter comes to the dealership to pick up the rental unit we will first complete our "Check Out Process." This includes completion of the rental contract and paperwork, payment of any remaining balances on the invoice, then receive the damage deposit either by cash, verified check, or authorized credit card transaction. Once that procedure is completed, we will move on to the physical Walk-around, vehicle demonstration and walkthrough of the specific camper or motor home.

Customers have 7 days from their intitial deposit to cancel without recourse.
Otherwise:
Cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to scheduled departure cost $100.
Cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled departure will result in the loss of the customer's reservation deposit.
Cancellations made Within 7 days of scheduled departure will result in a charge equal to no less than the full rental amount.

*If a renter must cancel their reservation, due to any circumstance, any money paid to the company will be held and applied as a credit towards a future rental.

Security Deposits are held for 48 to 72 hours after each rental is RETURNED. This time is standard across the rv rental industry. The timeframe allows our company to thoroughly inspect the rental unit and perform any labor needed to bring the unit to "original rental condition". There are no same day deposit refunds.
