Renter Requirements (top)

All renters are required to have in person and on file:

1.       Copy of Valid Driver’s license for any and all drivers.  This includes person(s) towing our campers and driving our motor homes.   Anyone who pays for the rental must have a copy of valid driver’s license on file as well.

2.       Signed Rental Contract, Demo Form, Trailer or Motor Home Check Out, and Check In Forms must be completed before any unit leaves the lot and any deposits are refunded.

3.       Renters that tow trailers must provide proof of liability coverage that covers their vehicle and a travel trailer in tow.  Our insurance company covers comprehension and collision when the trailer is disconnected from the tow vehicle.  Your insurance must cover liability of the trailer while in tow.  This is defined as “Extension of Liability” and will be acceptable coverage allowing our trailers to be picked up and towed from and back to our dealership.  *If this coverage cannot be provided in advance of your departure you will have to make other towing arrangements including paying extra charges for delivery.

4.       Copy of Valid Insurance Binder naming the driver as primary insured for the motor home they are renting or travel trailer they are towing.

5.       Security/ Damage Deposits.  Full deposits must be collected and validated if credit card payments prior to departure.  Motor home renters are responsible for a $500 security deposit and travel trailer renters are responsible for a $250 security deposit.  In most cases, this amount will not be charged unless needed.  Please see the Security/ Damage Deposit Refund literature for more details.  Any and all damages to will be taken out of the deposit.  In the unlikely event of major damage, the deposit will be applied in full towards the insurance deductible and a claim will be filed under your name.

6.       Wiring Check/ Diagnosis required PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.  Please let us check your vehicles wiring to make sure it works and is 100% compatible with our rental units.  Just because you have it, doesn’t mean it will or still does work.  To avoid last minute wiring fixes (and ½ hour minimum posted labor rate + parts) we will be happy to check out your vehicles towing set up.  Does your wiring look like this?

POP UP TENT CAMPERS ONLY  4 way Tow Vehicle Side

For your safety and accordance to NH State law, 7 way socket that is attatched to the towing vehiclethis configuration is required for any vehicles towing Travel Trailers that weigh over 3,000lbs with electric brakes.
